MTV YOUTH – FRIDAY FOOTBALL (secondary school ages)

The session is for all Secondary school ages – we can divide up age groups on the night.

If your child has a pre-existing medical condition that could require medical treatment, please ensure they bring the appropriate medication with them (asthma inhaler, EpiPen etc).

The young people should also bring their own bottle of water with them – NO fizzy/sports drinks please.

Every young person who attends MTV must have an up-to-date MTV Annual Parental Consent form for 2020-21 (PLEASE NOTE – this form ONLY needs to be completed ONCE per academic year – don’t fill it in again if you have done so already).
