The bungalow consists of a number of rooms available to any booking taken:
- Main room with kitchen attached (approximately 34m² )
- Small side room (approximately 9m² )
- Toilet with disabled facilities
The bungalow is available for rent on an hourly basis (@ £15 per hour) with the following restrictions/limits:
- Minimum booking period is 2 hours
- Maximum half-day price (up to 5 hours, AM or PM) is £45.
- Maximum full-day price (8-9 hours) is £90.
- Payment needs to be made in advance via Paypal (Paypal funds or Credit/Debit Cards) or BACS.
A refundable deposit of £100 may also be required. Upon booking acceptance you will be informed whether this is required. It is payable via Paypal only and will be refunded asap after the booking has taken place.
